Welcome to “Raising an ADHDer”! In this course, Sandhya shares her professional experience working with ADHD and autistic children, as well as her lived experience as an ADHDer.

This course will equip you with the most up-to-date research on ADHD whilst emphasising the importance of including the lived experience of those with ADHD.

The course is structured in bite-sized portions, allowing participants to engage with the content at their own pace. Whether you prefer to complete it in one go or in chunks over time, the self-paced nature of the course allows for flexibility in learning.
